WHY DAMASCUS?
My love for Damascus steel began when I started my first knife collection at six years old. The wave-like patterns immediately drew me in, each one different and full of character. Damascus steel is created by folding and forging layers of steel together, a process that takes time, precision, and skill. The result is a blade that is both a tool and a piece of art. The nature of these patterns ensures that your knife is exactly like no other in the world.
MY STORY:
My passion for knives began at age six with my first-ever pocket knife. By nine, I was experimenting with making blades of my own, and along the way, I discovered a deep fascination with the artistry of Damascus steel.
What started as a childhood hobby has grown into HML Collections, a line of Damascus knives crafted by master forges around the world and hand-selected for their beauty, quality, and connection to history. Each piece is forged with care, finished with a hand-stitched leather sheath, and chosen to reflect the wonder that first inspired me.
